Users may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, export, scrape, build competing databases from, or otherwise misuse copyrighted content obtained through Song Viber.

5. Translation Disclaimer

These translations are produced automatically and may not accurately represent the original meaning, emotional tone, cultural context, artistic intent, or wording of the original lyrics.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, translations available within Song Viber are unofficial translations and should not be interpreted as authorized versions from artists, publishers, record labels, or rights holders.

6. User Accounts

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, where permitted by applicable law and platform policies. Refund eligibility will be determined according to applicable law and the rules of the payment provider or app platform.

10. Usage Limits

Song Viber may apply limits relating to song access, translation volume, processing capacity, API usage, storage, request frequency, or subscription allowances. These limitations may be modified over time to maintain quality, security, performance, and sustainability of the Service.

11. Service Availability

Song Viber is provided on an “as available” basis. Although we aim to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, technical reasons, legal requirements, security purposes, or operational changes.
