Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- Profile Credentials:Email address, display name, hashed passwords, OAuth tokens, and profile photo.
- Music Library & Favourites:Liked songs, saved lyric translations, bookmarks, and custom notes.
- Vocabulary & Flashcards:All saved words, language definitions, and learning mastery records.
- History & Usage Metrics:Recent song queries, search logs, and AI translation usage quotas.
Data Retention & Legal Exceptions
Processing Timeframe: Authenticated account deletions via the app or web portal take effect immediately. Public web requests submitted via email are verified and executed within 24 to 48 hours.
Statutory Retention: Where financial or subscription transactions took place via Google Play Billing or Stripe, transaction identifiers and tax records are retained only for the duration required by applicable commercial, tax, and anti-fraud laws.
Anonymized Data: Fully de-identified and aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to your personal identity may be preserved to ensure service reliability.
